Your deposit is 1/3 of your wedding collection price. All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE.

175 guests are seated comfortably at tables inside.
Up to 200 seated guests if you include our covered porch seating.
Up to 300 guests for cocktail table style, row seating, or standing.

If you are planning for an outdoor ceremony beneath our Twin Oaks, at the half moon stairs at our front door, or anywhere else outdoors on the ranch, and inclement weather rolls in, we can either move you and your guests under the Pole Barn (please note, if winds increase with rain, guests sitting near the edge may get wet), or move everyone into the venue which will very likely require some rearranging of your preset recption layout. We will always do our best to accommodate you and your guests to the best of our ability. That said, we have zero control over Mother Nature, and you must be okay with that.

Cancelations made more than 120 days before your event: deposit forfeited; other payments refunded.
Cancelations made less than 120 days before your event: full rental fee (all monies paid) shall be forfeited.

Change of date is only permitted within 60 days of booking, and there will be a $444 reservation change fee, so long as THREE FOURS RANCH has your alternate requested date available.

YES. All events hosted at THREE FOURS RANCHrequire a special event insurance policy that covers the day before, day of, and day after the scheduled event (three consecutive days total) with any events serving alcohol.
Event insurance policies may be purchased through EVENTSURED or WEDSURE.A copy of your valid three-day event insurance policy must be received no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled event. Failure to provide the required insurance will result in the cancellation of your event. In such cases, the event will not be permitted to proceed at THREE FOURS RANCH, and all payments made toward the event will be forfeited.

NEVER will we have more than one wedding per day.

You are free to commission all of your favorite vendors. That said, ALL vendors MUST provide proper insurance coverage naming THREE FOURS RANCH as additional insured.
*We do have a very small list of vendors who are unfortunately no longer welcome at THREE FOURS RANCH due to troublesome experiences with them in the past. : ( -
We do not include wedding coordinating as part of our wedding collections.

That depends on the collection that you choose.

We have experienced, licensed bartenders available. You are also welcome to select bartenders of your choice as long as they meet our vendor insurance requirements.

We offer 8-foot rectangular tables (up to 10 seats) and 6-foot round tables (8 seats). The total number of guests per table depends on the number of guests attending and the floor plan of your choosing.

We make every effort to offer fair and competitive pricing while ensuring our ability to provide a 5-star guest experience for all of our valued clients.
Our rental rates are thoughtfully curated based on the actual expenses required to operate and maintain the venue. These include staffing, payroll, utilities, cleaning and janitorial services, groundskeeping, routine maintenance, liability coverage, and property insurance.
It would be our honor to host your event. However, we understand and respect that another venue may ultimately be a better fit for your budget.
