What months are included in your peak season?
THREE FOURS RANCH is always climate controlled so our peak season is all year round.
175 guests are seated comfortably at tables inside.
Up to 250 seated guests if you include our covered porch seating.
Up to 300 guests for cocktail table style, standing.
What is the maximum number of guests?
Indoor.
Outdoor.
Covered outdoor at the open-air Pole Barn.

Will you have any other weddings or events
booked the same day?
Absolutely never will we have more than one event per day.
What are my indoor ceremony options?
If you are planning for an outdoor ceremony beneath our Twin Oaks, at the half moon stairs at our front door, or anywhere else outdoors on the ranch, and inclement weather rolls in, we can either move you and your guests under the Pole Barn (please note, if winds increase with rain, guests sitting near the edge may get wet), or move everyone into the venue which will very likely require some rearranging of your preset recption layout. We will always do our best to accommodate you and your guests to the best of our ability. That said, we have zero control over Mother Nature, and you must be okay with that.
What are my options if it rains?
Cancelations made more than 120 days before your event: deposit forfeited; other payments refunded.
Cancelations made less than 120 days before your event: full rental fee (all monies paid) shall be forfeited.
What is your cancellation policy?
What if I need to change my date?
Change of date is only permitted within 60 days of booking, and there will be a $444 reservation change fee, so long as THREE FOURS RANCH has your alternate requested date available.
Do you offer a day-of wedding coordinator?
We do not include wedding coordinating as part of our wedding collections.
We do have a preferred Wedding Coordinator, Karli McCarthy, and she will be happy to discuss her services with you. Her services do come at an additional cost.
YES. All events hosted at THREE FOURS RANCH require a special event insurance policy that covers the day before, day of, and day after the scheduled event (three consecutive days total) with any events serving alcohol.
Event insurance policies may be purchased through EVENTSURED or WEDSURE. A copy of your valid three-day event insurance policy must be received no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled event. Failure to provide the required insurance will result in the cancellation of your event. In such cases, the event will not be permitted to proceed at THREE FOURS RANCH, and all payments made toward the event will be forfeited.
Do you require us to have event insurance?

How much is the deposit?
Your deposit is 1/3 of your wedding collection price. All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE.
Your deposit is due at your time of booking to secure your date.
Do we need to use in-house vendors, such as caterers, DJ, etc.? Or can we hire our own vendors?
You are free to commission all of your favorite vendors. That said, ALL vendors MUST provide proper insurance coverage naming THREE FOURS RANCH as additional insured.
Do we need to shut down the music at a certain time?
• Regal Collection: 10:00 PM
• Ritzy Collection: 11:00 PM
• Royal Collection: 12:00 AM
Does everything need to be cleaned up immediately after the wedding? Are we allowed to come back in the morning to finish up?
That depends on the collection that you choose.
Do we need to find our own bartenders, or do you have bartenders on retainer?
We have experienced, licensed bartenders available. You are also welcome to select bartenders of your choice as long as they meet our vendor insurance requirements.
How many guests can we fit at each table?
We offer 8-foot rectangular tables (up to 10 seats) and 6-foot round tables (8 seats). The total number of guests per table depends on the number of guests attending and the floor plan of your choosing.
